One breath: SocialPlexus is live at the apex, every zone app serves on its own domain, MushPlex is installable on a phone with the new mark, the brand system is one or two taps from finished, and testing can now happen safely inside production. What remains is mostly decisions only you can make — listed at the bottom, shortest path first.
There is no separate Android build. On 07-19 the crowned mark became MushPlex's icon family + web-app manifest — and that quietly made MushPlex a Progressive Web App. Android's browser noticed and offered you the install on its own. What's on your home screen is the real app, full-screen, with our icon — it stays current with every deploy, no store needed. The same is true of every app we ship this way.
iPhone, minimum steps: it already works — Safari → share sheet → Add to Home Screen (the apple-touch icon shipped with the same wave). iPhones never offer the install by themselves, so the one small thing worth building is an iOS-only hint banner. A real App-Store listing is a separate, bigger project (a wrapper app + Apple developer account) — parked unless you want it.
Your icon notes are held, not yet executed: dark background, engine-fire fat tiles, crease shading — all three exist in the accepted r20/r29 treatments and can become the icon in one regeneration pass. Held because it collides with your own two-apps musing (below): if the mush app keeps warm mush branding, its icon may not want the X at all. One decision covers both.
From first sketch to a full system: the φ¹ standalone X (your favourite, now the shading reference) · X-in-SocialPle·X·us · X-dominant engines · DynamiK with the Threefold-K terminal · Yoga-2x · Council-Y · the Camomilla-12 garnet · the engine-fire family. Laws written down so nothing drifts: the shading-axis law, the kern laws, the letter-height law, the archive law (157 rasters, every verdict cited — the gallery is the whole history). The Mark Tuner now does vertical kerning and black arm-borders, and your six tuning submissions are recorded.
socialplexus.app serves — with the crowned mark, the featured four (MushPlex · JamPlex · Playably · Sciency), and the whole redirect fleet behind it: the dynamiksocial family, the socialplex.app family, and the plex domains all land where they should. Zones serve at mush. / jam. / team. / sport. / martial. / qi. / craft. socialplexus.app.
Six apps had dead or missing deploy links — Tussle, Sportnik, ReTantra, ContactCats, ReDojo, PodSpace, ReDancer got fresh projects, TuningPad was adopted, Tesserarium's domain fixed. All nine verified live on their K-domains the same day.
The rename shipped everywhere a user can see · password login (with the code alternative kept) · the beta copy v4 with your descriptor line · Mushy's choreography fixed · the garnet favicon family (the stone is the one mark that survives 16 pixels). Old links keep working; sign-in trusts both domain families.
The test-account class model is live in prod, all three phases: every account is test / human / team; ~40 write-boundary gates refuse test-data leaks; the lottery stays pure by construction; safety drills run end-to-end in quarantine without touching real anonymity. You hold the first owner row. Canary suites are green on both databases. This is what makes “live test with real people” possible without risking real people.
lab.teamplex.app runs on its own database, family-only, signups closed. team.socialplexus.app carries the four art boards with named opinions — outside reviewers can already be pointed there. Both councils you asked for ran: the architecture held, the language armor is written, teams-of-seven is recorded.
Real numbers now exist for silhouette rendering: laptop GPU cuts a 3-minute clip to ~5 minutes of processing; at-capture segmentation runs at 9.7 ms per frame (the sharp original never even exists — the strongest privacy stance available). The phone measurement waits on a one-line paste from you; the frame-rate floor is your call.
