Social Layer — maturity audit

Your vision, mapped against what actually exists in code. Where does the credit → realm → EE → pod → coin journey really stand?

■ LIVE■ SCAFFOLDED■ DESIGN-ONLY
join · credits → realms → an EE in each → sorted into pods → Stewardy mints your coins
1 · Creditsdesign-only

Have: the economic model (€5 = 8 credits, practice-ship, €144) is written; MushMe-internal ledgers exist (mush_chip_ledger, mush_token_ledger).
Missing: no live billing/purchase, and no cross-app "a credit activates a realm" layer. Credits don't yet buy realm-access anywhere.

2 · Realms1 live, model design-only

Have: Mush is a genuinely live realm (MushMe). JamSpace is a live app; the other -Plex realms are scaffolds / coming-soon.
Missing: the unified "5 realms you visit" model — each app is still its own island, not a realm you enter from one account with credits.

3 · EEs & Pluripadmixed

Have: per-app helpers are LIVE (Mushy, Jasper, Priya…) — the seeds of domain Stewardies. The 5 Shepherdy guide models are scaffolded (carousel at dynamiktest.app/guide, Craftee's .glb dropped in).
Missing: the Stewardy/Shepherdy framework (roamer vs resident, coin-minting) and the Pluripad hub that shows your EE team in the two categories — both canonized today, unbuilt.

4 · Podsdesign-only (net-new)

Have: a real server-side draw exists (run_event_draw / run_mush_lottery) — but it assigns seats, not pods.
Missing: everything pod — home pod, sort-into-pods at draw/check-in, the "your Nui token → Pod B with these people + their roles" notification, the verbal pod check-in opening. This is the newest + most concrete unbuilt mechanic.

5 · Coins & tilespartial

Have: MushMe has token/chip/tesserae ledgers + a (device-local) coin wallet; functional role-coins are partly wired; the commemorative set is designed + now has visual forms (badge/ribbon/bridge-span/seam/ember).
Missing: a Stewardy actually minting distinct commemorative coins, and a backend mint/swap (wallet is localStorage today; the money layer is legally gated).

The honest headline

The social vision is rich in design, thin in build. One realm (Mush) is truly live; the connective tissue — the credits-spine, the Pluripad, pods, and Stewardy-minting — is design-only. That's exactly right for a MushMe-first launch: you're shipping one deep realm, not the whole lattice. The rest is the post-MushMe roadmap.

Biggest gaps, in build order

1. The realm/credit spine. A shared account + "credits activate realms" layer is the backbone that turns 5 separate apps into "5 realms you visit." Nothing works cross-realm without it. Biggest architectural lift.
2. Pods. Net-new, high-impact, and self-contained — pod assignment at the draw + the pod check-in flow reshapes the whole event feel. Buildable inside MushMe first (doesn't need the spine), so it can land soon.
3. EE unification + Pluripad. Turn cosmetic per-app helpers into the Stewardy/Shepherdy system with the Pluripad hub. Depends partly on the spine.
4. Coin backend. Device wallet → real minted/swappable credentials — gated on the legal/financial review, so last.
