⛔ P0 · only you can do this

Five clips. Ten seconds each.

Craftee proved the deadlock is real — the lie is pulled, the door is still locked

I flagged this as a risk when you ruled the mortar keystone. Craftee went and checked, and it's live. Our witness surface used to say (Craftee has since pulled it, per her own rule — we don't print a promise we aren't keeping, not even for a day):

"The queue never runs dry. There is always a way in."

That sentence is false. Re-review solves an exhausted queue, not an empty one. So on day one:

Nobody has submitted a practice yet → the first person has nothing to witness → so they can't mint mortar → so they can't seat a tile → so they can't participate at all. And person two is stuck for exactly the same reason.

The economy doesn't start.

I've had the sentence pulled off the screen until it's true. It goes back up the hour the clips land.

✅ The fix is five minutes, and it's yours

The cold-start path is already wired and armed. The seed pool just has nothing in it. It needs five ten-second clips of someone doing the base practice — lying down, not touching the device. That's it. Filmed once, by a human. No amount of code closes this.

  1. Lie down and film ten seconds. Phone propped, you in frame, doing nothing. That is the practice.
  2. Do it five times — ideally different rooms, different light, different times of day, so the first witnesses aren't reviewing five copies of the same shot.
  3. Drop the five files into import/ (or the Davi-Plexee folder — either works). Name them anything.
  4. Say "seed clips are in." Cody1 blurs them at capture-parity, loads the pool, and the first real person can enter.

They don't need to be good. They're what someone taps "yes, that's a person resting" on. Boring is the point.

Why I'm putting this at the top

Everything else on your plate — the credit curve, leased-vs-owned, the naming cut — can wait a week without costing anything. This can't. It's the only thing standing between a finished economy and an economy nobody can enter, and it's the cheapest item on the entire board.

Five minutes on the floor with your phone, and the whole thing turns over.
