You dropped three reference stickers into import/. Here's my read + a matching body I built.
The through-line across all three: a navy velour plush P with a swappable accessory
layer — 3D glasses, a rose-gold VR headset, plush coral-sleeve arms, a retro "jam" boombox. That's a
clear, cohesive mascot direction and it lines up with the plush + arms work already in flight.

Matched body — navy velour plush P (real 3D)
Recoloured the plush pipeline to your navy (~#282e4e). Rounded, watertight, Hero-stance orientation.
This is the canonical body — accessories clip onto it.
My read — the accessory system
The P body stays constant; accessories are a swap layer — exactly how the Entity Crafter's knobs already work.
Each accessory reads as a role/mood: VR = the tech/immersive side, glasses = cool/play, boombox = JamSpace, arms = "it's a character now."
Palette lock from your refs: navy body · coral-red sleeves · rose-gold hardware · teal glass.
If you want it, the swap set I'd build next
Arms — plush, coral cuffs, tan mitts (3D, clip to body sides)
VR headset — rose-gold, teal visor (3D, sits on the bowl)
3D glasses — teal/red anaglyph (flat or 3D)
Boombox — retro "jam" (a held/floating prop)
Confirm before I build the props: is navy #282e4e the locked body colour, and do you want
the accessories as real 3D clip-on GLBs (rotatable, swappable in the Entity Crafter) — or are these
stickers you're compositing yourself and you just want the navy plush body from me? I held off building the
props until you say, so I don't spend effort (or Ideogram) guessing.
